Requests to return items should either be phoned or e-mailed to Fann Emblem within 5 business days of product delivery.

If product is unworn and unwashed, it can be returned for an EVEN EXCHANGE of like product.

Team Members are responsible for returning the items to Fann Emblem directly, return postage will not be provided.

Replacement item(s) will not be shipped (or delivered) until original items for return are received.
